Master Planned Lifestyle

Conventional thinking about master planned communities is that there are hundreds of identical homes lining masses of grid-like, impersonal blocks. Just another suburb with no connection or sense of belonging.

Our calendar of events will provide purchasers every opportunity to spend time with their neighbours in the beautiful surrounds of their chosen new home.


To compliment the upcoming social program, we have been working on creating the right backdrop to enhance Redbank's rare combination of serenity, tradition and convenience immersed in a rich cultural history.

Update Info

Unfortunately, the paperwork required from Sydney Water to enable us to progress with lot registration has not come back in the timeframe we had previously been advised.

On Monday 16 January 2017, key staff have returned to Sydney Water following their Christmas break and are continuing to process the required paperwork.

We are in a queue with many other developers from across the Sydney region, however we were advised late yesterday that we are nearing the top of that queue.

Once we receive this paperwork, it will be submitted along with all other required documentation to Land and Property Information. Purchasers will be notified as soon as this paperwork has been lodged.

Purchasers within the Gallery are no doubt very pleased to hear valuations have been coming back with significant price increases.

Mountain View
Update Info

Works have been completed for the second release stage in Mountain View and now await a date to be scheduled by Sydney Water for disinfection of the pipework installed, prior to connection taking place.

A meeting is being held with Sydney Water today to discuss options which have been presented to enable the best servicing of lots within the third stage of release.

Once a preferred option is agreed, a detailed analysis will be undertaken to confirm the path forward.

Belmont
Update Info

Invitations to the Belmont ‘Meet your Neighbours’ event were sent out to our Belmont purchasers via Australia Post this week.

Initial site works are under way. Site clearing & dam decommissioning commenced this week. We will keep you updated with drone images as progress continues on site.

There are only 8 lots left for sale in Belmont. If you or anyone you know is interested in one of these lots please contact our sales office on 1300 289 733 to discuss before they are sold out.

The anticipated timeframe for registration is fourth quarter of 2017.


 

Yeomans
Update Info

There is fantastic news for purchasers within the Yeomans precinct. The Yeomans Development Application was approved by the Greater Sydney Commission on Thursday, 22 December 2016.

The approved Development Application consists of 244 lots. To date we have released 207 of these and have 56 lots remaining for sale.

There will be future releases of the remaining lots in the precinct over the coming months. 10 lots have been snapped up in our first week back following the break.

We anticipate civil construction will commence        mid-year, however this will be subject to final approvals and weather conditions at the time.

Yeomans ‘Meet your Neighbours’ events will be scheduled following the commencement of civil construction.

North Richmond Joint Venture are working with our panel of builders to finalise plans for the display village located within this precinct.

This area also incorporates the neighbourhood / shopping centre which we anticipate to lodge a Development Application for before the end of 2017.

Registration for Yeomans Stages 1-3 is anticipated to take place in October 2017, with Stage 4 following in June 2018.

Yobarnie Rise
Update Info

Things have been a little quiet in Yobarnie Rise over the last few weeks builder’s shutdown for the holiday season.

Most homes under construction have builders back on site this week. 5 homes are now complete, with many more in their final stages.

North Richmond Joint Venture have installed 2 motion sensor cameras in the precinct at our cost, to assist managing the dumping of waste on site and help deter people from doing it in the future.

Council will be using any evidence captured on theses cameras to issue fines to offenders. These fines range upwards from $6,000.
